As per Regulations 15(2A) and 15(2B) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended (hereinafter referred to as Listing Regulations), Regulations 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of Listing Regulations which are related to Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Risk Management Committee respectively, shall not be applicable during the CIRP period in respect of a listed entity which is undergoing CIRP under the IBC. Subsequent to the date of commencement of CIRP, the provisions of above-mentioned Regulations shall be fulfilled by the IRP during the CIRP to the extent deemed applicable, on account of suspension of the powers of the Board of Directors and its Committees thereof. |
